“Health is wealth,” you must have listen and read this small phrase at so many places and from the mouth of so many people including your teacher, friends, parents, and doctor. From your childhood, you have been regularly taught to understand the meaning of this small phrase “Health is wealth.” It is imperative for everyone to understand the importance of a healthy body and healthy mind.

If you are healthy, you can enjoy the life to the fullest but if you are weak and will be seized by illness on short intervals then most of your priceless time gets wasted at doctor’s clinic and hospital. You will not be able to enjoy your favorite dishes, games, etc. but the only thing that you will be enjoying is medicine. Hopefully, none of the people like taking medicines. Therefore, to keep you healthy, you should learn that how can you live a disease free and healthy body. One of the answers that you can expect from most of the people is a good and healthy diet. However, another solution for getting a healthy body is sports. If you just go in flashback of your childhood then a point must come in your mind said by teachers, parents, friends, and doctors. That point is “along with study, you also need to play sports / games for at least an hour.”

You were not just asked to participate in games along with studies but also acknowledged with the benefits of playing games and participating in sports. Following are some of those benefits of participating in sports:

  1. Sports refresh our mind after study / work for a long period.

There are so many other benefits of playing games apart from the profits listed above. There are so many sports that you can choose to keep you fresh and healthy. Cricket a passion

People who have some passion in their life always live their life to the best for enjoying their passion and completing their dreams attached with their zeal. People can be passionate about anything like sport, work, reading, writing, cooking, etc. But, people like me are passionate about the only must to play, must to watch, and must to enjoy game – Cricket.

Today, cricket is the most loving game. It is the only game that people of all age group love to enjoy. Whether it is a kid of age 8, young one of age 10 – 15, adult of age 20 to 45, or old age people, cricket has become favorite for all. I had seen people escaping their schools, colleges, and even offices to watch a live cricket match happening between their favorite teams, which can be India-Pakistan, Australia- Pakistan, India-Srilanka, or any other one. What you call this? Is not this is sign of passion for cricket? Even I was not way from the craze of cricket and even today I am so mad about cricket. Whether it is a one day match, 20-20, or IPL, I always manage time for watching my favorite team. And when the world cup starts I even forget eating and doing many of my important works while watching my favorite cricket stars showing power of their bats and spin of their balls.

Yes, it is true that later on I need to face some difficulties but my passion about cricket never comes down. I hope this is the same condition with almost everyone who is zealous about cricket. One of such man is “Sachin Tendulkar.” I really love the way he plays. He is a wonder man in the world of cricket. For him, cricket is life. I still remember the day when he noted a new record in the history of cricket. That day Sachin scored 200 runs in one day match. He hit 25 fours and three sixes for making 200 in just 147 balls. Sachin is so down to earth type of personality. I really appreciate his love and dedication for cricket and Indians. He won my heart when he delivered following words after making an unbreakable record of 200 runs in one day match:

“I would like to dedicate this 200 to all Indians who have stood by me. No matter what for the last 20 years.” “There have been ups and down but they have supported me.”

These are the words by my favorite cricket star, which have increased my passion for cricket and love for India.
